When John Wilson joined the team at Coldwell Banker Northwest Properties, he brought over a decade of Real Estate Management and Agency experience with him. In addition to being a licensed principal broker in Oregon, John is also a licensed broker in Washington State.
He has lived and worked in the Pacific Northwest for over 30 years. In addition to his duties as Principal Broker and General Manager of Coldwell Banker Northwest properties, he has served as a Local Director of the Douglas County Board of Realtors and as the Chairman of the Political Affairs committee. He is active in every phase of the real estate profession and singularly focused on translating his client's goals into actuality, whether in Residential, Rural or Commercial properties.
Longer ago than he cares to remember, he served 6 years in the Navy as a 2nd Class Petty Officer, (aviation electronics technician) with more than 5,500 flying hours in the Lockheed Constellation over the North Pacific. After his service time he focused on business. As a long time student of the Japanese language and culture he worked for over 25 years as a cross-cultural business consultant representing several American and Japanese companies until entering the Real Estate profession.
John's free time activities are many, and include; fly-fishing, bonsai trees, amateur radio (KZ7J), sailing, hiking, double-bogey golf, writing science fiction short stories and riding his motorcycle with his wife Kristi. Beverly Beier has been the owner of Coldwell Banker Northwest Properties since 1984. As the Broker/Owner she is totally committed to offering all of her customers the best service possible. She will work aggressively on your behalf whether you are selling or purchasing Real Estate. She enjoys working with people and making friends. Her philosophy is simple-give honest, caring and professional service at all times.
As a full-time Realtor, she holds a membership in the Douglas County Board of Realtors, The Oregon Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors, Graduate Realtors Institute and RMLS Listing Service.
Her and her husband Bob have lived in the Roseburg area since the 1970's. They enjoy their ranch just North of town where they raise cattle. Bob is a contractor and past president of the Umpqua Valley Home Builders Association. Therefore, the remodeling of their home is an on-going project. As most cat owners do, they find their lives are pretty much run by their somewhat "spoiled cats". Beverly's hobbies include, scrapbooking, crafts, American history, trying to grow flowers and playing with the cats.

Loren B. "Smiley" Skelton's education includes an AA degree from Ventura Jr. College, a BA degree from Cal State University Northridge (with a major in art history and design) and California State teaching credentials from Cal Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks.
Furthering her education she received a Paralegal Certificate from Associated Business Schools, and held a position as Senior Paralegal for a Riverside based Law Firm (specializing in Landlord/Tenant Law).
Prior to her Oregon relocation, Loren was affiliated with the Orange Blossom Festival, a mega street venue engaged in historical and educational event planning for the City of Riverside, CA.
Her leisure pursuits include interior design and engaging herself with organizing themed specialty social affairs. Her all-time preferred activity, is landscape design, which utilizes both hardscape and softscape elements for maximum curb appeal.

Prior to moving to Oregon, June spent 26 years in the telecommunications field, as a software project manager. Prior to her successful career as a software project manager, she was a licensed realtor in California focusing on property management in the Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach areas of Southern California. In addition to her many skills, June also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of San Francisco.
June is well traveled, having lived in Spain, Michigan, Ohio, Nebraska, Colorado, Hawaii as well as California. When people ask why she moved to Douglas County, her answer is; "I love the scenic beauty here, the people are warm and friendly, and our weather is great. Being a Real Estate Broker in a rural area is much more interesting than selling homes in suburbia. I am having fun and I love my work."
As a graduate of the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) program and the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) programs plus her extensive knowledge of residential and rural properties in Douglas County, June brings an outstanding range of services to her clients.

Larry Lane was born in South Carolina and grew up in the San Fernando Valley of Southern California, where he barely graduated from Reseda High School in 1963. After High School he became an Apprentice Plumber which gradually changed into an apprenticeship in Pipefitting. He worked for the next 36 years in pipe trades, first as a certified pipe welder and the remaining seventeen years as a General foreman and project superintendent at Scott Co. of California, serving hospitals and high-rise establishments until he retired in 1999. His education includes Ventura College and Cal State Northridge night school where he was a History major.

Jim Harris joined the Coldwell Banker Northwest Properties team in 2003. He was born in Roseburg and has lived here his entire life, with the exception of the four years he spent away at college in the Submarine Service. Jim worked in the Title Insurance business for 12 years and then owned a company called "Land Improvement Company, Inc." for 22 years. He walked hundreds of rural parcels looking for and finding solutions that work for a wide variety of improvement obstacles. He is most comfortable outdoors and is very familiar with the finer details related to rural land parcels. He is the author of "Rural Acreage: Finding The Right Place" written in 1994. Through his published writing he was finally able to help first time and experienced buyers throughout the country make good decisions and not waste their money.
Amongst his many trades, Jim also received numerous awards for outstanding land stewardship, some of his achievements include:
The Fish and Wildlife Steward Award for Non-industrial Forest Lands and The Douglas County Tree Farmer of the Year award. His soul is driven by his kids, photography, writing, San Soo, Speed World Challenge GT Racing and putting clients together with rural parcels that work well for them. He has lived in Roseburg for about 30 years and has been married to his wife, Sandra, for 48 years. Their two sons are both successful business owners.
